He stated this while speaking to his supporters in Bali\u2019ad whereby he stated that the Khatumo administration will star talks with both Puntland and Somaliland administration.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/tooshnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Cali-Khaliif.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-6373\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/tooshnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Cali-Khaliif-300x198.jpg?resize=300%2C198\" alt=\"Khatumo warlord Ali Khalif Galayd \" width=\"300\" height=\"198\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Militia leader\u00a0 said that his agenda is not\u00a0 secure cabinet post but\u00a0 to pioneer a peace deal.
